STEP 1:
Choose your service and book directly through our online system. You'll be able to select your time, service, and any add on's that fit your nail goals.
STEP 2:
A card on file is required to secure all appointments. This allows us to hold your time and keeps scheduling smooth for everyone.
STEP 3:
Need to adjust your appointment? you can reschedule or manage your booking easily through your confirmation link.

Policies are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasionally appointments need to be rescheduled. To accommodate all of our guests, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist and helps our artists schedule accordingly. A late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of your service. A same day cancellation/no show will result in a 100% charge of your service. Failure to provide payment of any and all cancellation fees will result in the inability to reschedule future appointments and the cancellation of any existing future appointments.
Pre-existing Sets
All nail services cannot be performed on preexisting sets. We offer a 3-week guarantee. In order to obtain that goal we have to be able to ensure proper prep techniques are applied and quality products are used. Removal fee's are listed under services.
Extended Services
Standard nail refills are available up to 4 weeks after application. After 4 weeks your service will be considered a rebalance requiring extra care. Any appointment booked after 7 weeks will be considered a new service and will require a removal and new set.
Exceptions
Communication is key. Cancellation fee's can and will be waived within reason. Please communicate immediately if it will effect your appointment.
Refunds
Nailed it of Naples does not provide refunds for any service performed, retail, or gift certificate.
