Cancellation

Canceling or rescheduling an appointment requires a 48 Hour notice.

Failure to provide a 48 hour notice will result in the charge of a $30 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee must be paid within 24 hours of the canceled or rescheduled appointment.

Same Day Cancellations

Cancellations and/or rescheduling an appointment within 12 hour notice or less will classify as a same day cancellation.

Same day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of service booked.

This cancellation fee must be paid within 24 hours of cancelled or rescheduled appointment.

Failure to provide payment of any and all cancellations fees will result in the inability to reschedule future appointments and the cancellation of any existing future appointments.

No Show/ Missed appointment 

If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment a notification is required.

If you do not provide notification you will be considered a no show.

No show's will result in the charge of 100% of the service booked.

This fee must be paid within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

Failure to provide payment of any and all cancellations fees will result in the inability to reschedule future appointments and the cancellation of any existing future appointments.

Pre existing sets

services will not be performed on clients with product applied from another technician.

Removal fee are listed under services.

Extended Services

refills are available up to 3 weeks after application.

any appointment booked after will be considered a new service.

Exceptions

communication is key. cancellation fee's can and will be waived within reason. Please communicate immediately if it will effect your appointment.

Refunds

Nailed it of Naples does not provide refunds for any service performed, retail, or gift certificate.

under the 3 week guarantee all nail fixes are free.

after 3 weeks a new service will be required.
